 Sunday, May 24th:

REGISTRATION: Please be sure to register when arriving at the reunion, letting us know how many family members are attending with you and to pick up your name tags and door prize tickets.  We also need to know if you have had a change in mailing address or email address.  Registration can also be made online by scanning the QR code above, or clicking the link below the QR code.  You will not need to fill out registration forms when you arrive–just let us know you registered online, let us know who is attending with you, and pick up your name tags and door prize ticket. MASKS & HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE.

RECEPTION: Socialize with cousins and reminisce about old times.  Get to know your Wells cousins!!  Activities and games for the children will be available in both the meeting area and the gymnasium.  If you have games or activities which you think the youngsters will enjoy, please feel free to bring those.  For the children under age 12, we will have the dollar drop for them to scramble for and which they can use to buy items from the Chinese auction.

WELCOMEPresident Susie Music Colburn

AUCTION: Bring items for the main auction and the silent auction, such as family history items, handmade items, such as crafts, etc.  The proceeds from the auction sales will benefit the organization for reunion and newsletter expenses.  Be sure to set a minimum price for the auctioneer to begin with.  We don’t want to sell items for less than what was invested in them, especially for handmade items.

SNACK TABLE/DINNER: Dinner will be served following the auction.  Snacks will be provided for those who may have health problems or have had to travel some distance to the reunion and need to have a little sustenance until dinner is served.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: Remembering family members we have lost since the last reunion.

BLESSING: Dinner prayer.

DINNERPlease bring your favorite “potluck” dishes, plus a little extra to share with others.  The Association will provide drinks, paper products, eating utensils and ice.  NOTE: There will be a greeter at the door to assist in taking your food to the kitchen.

ELECTION: New officers will be elected.

WELLS SCHOLARSHIP: The 2026 Wells Scholarship winner will be announced, and the $500 check will be presented to the 2026 recipient.

AWARDS & DOOR PRIZES: Youngest, oldest, traveled the farthest, largest family, etc.

ENTERTAINMENT: The music and singing provided by several of our attendees last year was really enjoyed, and we’d like to invite more of our talented singers/musicians we know we have in our Wells Family to perform for us.  We encourage everyone to stay around to visit with your extended family and friends following the activities as it may be our last opportunity to do so.

DOORS CLOSE: 5:00 P.M.

OUR PRESIDENT MAY SEE THE NEED TO ADJUST THE SCHEDULE.
