DOORS OPEN: 9:00 A.M.
Members, with help of the janitor, will set up tables for the reunion.

REGISTRATION: Please register when entering, completing the registration form with any updates to your address/email address. With your registration, you will receive a ticket for the door prizes.

RECEPTION: Socialize with cousins and reminisce about old times. Get to know your extended cousins!

WELCOME: President Danny K. Blevins

AUCTION: Bring items to be auctioned to benefit the organization such as family history items, handmade items, such as crafts, etc. Set a minimum price for the auctioneer to begin with. We don’t want to sell items for less than what was invested in it, especially for handmade items.

SNACK TABLE/DINNER: Dinner will be served following the auction. Snacks will be provided for those who may have health problems or have had to travel some distance to the reunion and need to have a little sustenance until dinner is served.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: Remembering family members we have lost since the last reunion.

BLESSING: Dinner prayer.

DINNER: Please bring your favorite dishes, plus a little extra to share with those who are unable to do so. Also, soft drinks are needed. Remember, paper products, eating utensils and ice will be provided.
NOTE: There will be a greeter to assist in helping carry your food to the kitchen.

ELECTION: New officers will be elected.

WELLS SCHOLARSHIP: Dr. Randall Wells will award the $500 scholarship check to the 2018 recipient.

AWARDS & DOOR PRIZES

HISTORICAL COMMITTEE WORKSHOP:
Committee members will discuss the progress made on the genealogy of the descendants of Richard and Susannah Hutchison Wells.

DOORS CLOSE: 5:00 P.M.
Everyone is encouraged to stay around and visit with your extended family and friends following the activities. As we are all too well aware, this may be the last opportunity we will have to visit with family members.
